TODAY'S FORECAST SUMMARY

Cloudy - Some Drizzle - Maybe Some Brightness Places

FRIDAY 22ND NOVEMBER :- PUBLISHED @ 07:50

Temperatures fell to a very surprising -2.8°C with me by 02:25 this morning, before rising as the mist and murk spread across the forecast area. So a generally murky start with some pockets of drizzle around in places.. Mist/cloud expected to lift and thin to an extent, but looks likely that a mainly cloudy day is in store, perhaps with some brief brighter spells in places. Temperatures peaking at 6C or 7°C

WIND:-

Mainly light throughout and generally from the NNE, veering ENE/E through the day

EVENING & OVERNIGHT:-

Looks set to be remain generally cloudy at first perhaps with some further patchy drizzle in places. Some clearer spells for a time possibly late evening, into early hours, but more cloud looks set to spread across the forecast area trhough the early hours. Temperatures falling to 1°C or freezing under the clearer skies

WIND:-

Light throughout and mainly from the East

Sunrise 07:36 Sunset 15:58

OUTLOOK FOR FRIDAY 22ND NOVEMBER - PUBLISHED @ 09:00 THURSDAY 22ND NOVEMBER

Looks set to be a generally cloudy day, again with the odd spot of drizzle in places. Temperatures peaking at 8°C or 9°C

WIND:-

Light again throughout and generally from the East

ANEMOMETER - DUE TO SITING ISSUES, WIND/GUST SPEED ARE BEING VERY MUCH UNDER READ, PERHAPS BY OVER 50%+ AT TIMES

* Current Conditions may reflect 'Dry'/'Stopped Raining' when it is obviously raining. Unless rainfall is moderate/heavy during any rainfall, it can take a while for even as little as 0.1mm to be recorded, hence, the perceived 'incorrect' description of 'Dry'/'Stopped Raining'
